Welcome to Utah Backcountry Volunteers!

We provide volunteer service opportunities that serve Utah's spectacular public lands.   Our specialty is partnering enthusiastic volunteers with strapped public land agencies to complete concentrated service projects that repair, restore, and maintain your public lands. Service projects vary from basic trail maintenance, restoration and rehabilitation of severe use impacts, to removal of invasive trees and plants that infest sensitive river and stream ecosystems.
